On October 7, 2020, the Court issued an Order granting final approval of the Settlement.   A copy of that Order is available here.   As provided in the Notice, settlement payments will be made to eligible current Plan participants via a credit to your account and to eligible former Plan participants, or eligible Beneficiaries and Alternate Payees, via check mailed directly to you.

If you are or were a participant in the JPMorgan Chase 401(k) Savings Plan (the “Plan”) at any time from January 25, 2011 to the present, and your individual account was invested in one or more of the following funds, you are a part of a class action settlement: the Growth and Income Fund; the Mid Cap Value Fund; the Mid Cap Growth Fund; the Small Cap Core Fund, but only if the investment occurred before December 19, 2015; the Core Bond Fund, but only if the investment occurred before March 12, 2016; and any of the Target Date Funds, but only if the investment occurred before April 1, 2016.

You may write to the Court if you don’t like the Settlement to explain why you object.  Detailed instructions on how to object to the Settlement are contained in the Class Notice.
Attend a Hearing
You may ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the Settlement.  A Fairness Hearing has been set for September 22, 2020 at 3:30 p.m., before The Honorable Jesse M. Furman at the
Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square New York, NY 10007 in courtroom 1105.  The date and time of the Fairness Hearing are subject to change by Court Order, but any changes will be on this website.
Do Nothing
You will get a share of the Settlement benefits to which you are entitled and will give up your rights to sue JPMorgan about the allegations in this case.
